8 tips to have a glory skin from home

We all undoubtedly want to have fresh, clean and moisturized skin without any problems.
Because the skin is the mirror of women, the freshness and the flawlessness of the skin give us a feeling of psychological comfort and self-confidence, but when the skin loses its vitality and freshness for some reasons, women suffer from stress and anxiety and seek in various ways to restore this freshness. Unfortunately, with the approaching summer, most of us suffer from pale skin and dry skin, especially because we do not get enough water during the day as a result of fasting. In this article, I will give you 8 tips as a daily routine to get a healthy and glowing skin. But, before adopting any daily routine to preserve your skin, you must know your skin type, in order to avoid getting into skin-related problems as a result of using unsuitable products. There are 4 mainly skin types oily, dry, normal and mixed skin.

1. The most important advice is to drink water:
You may be wondering what is the relation between water and skin care, and the answer is
that drinking water in abundant quantities protects facial skin from flabs and reduces the
appearance of pimples and acne, and drinking water helps flush out toxins, and all those
functions will lead to fresh and refreshed skin.
2. cleaning your skin:
a healthy skincare routine begins with the cleansing of your face, wash your face with
warm water to open up the pores, then use a suitable facial cleanser for your skin type. Gently
clean your face using circular movements for 50 seconds, knowing that some cleansers are best
left for one or two minutes on the skin to get better results, and then wash with cold water well.
3. Apply a suitable toner for your skin:
After cleaning the skin, using a clean and soft towel, apply Toner, the latter helps in cleaning
and removing impurities that remain on the skin, because most of the facial products contain
ingredients such as oil, and preferably during the usage of toner avoid the eye area.
4. Moisturizing your skin continually:
After the toner dries, take a small amount of moisturizing cream and gently apply to the
skin in circular motions. The importance of this step is to perfectly soften the skin, give it
moisture, and make it healthier and refreshed.
5. Use a scrub to Peeling your skin:
Use scrub to Peel your skin is a must and it is advisable to do it twice a week, because daily
exfoliation will cause the pores to open up more often. Apply the scrub on the sides of the nose,
forehead and chin are rubbed thoroughly. This step will help get rid of dead cells, but avoid
using a scrub that is not suitable for your skin because it may cause inflammation at times.
6. Use Skin mask:
After cleaning and peeling, the role of the skin mask comes, and it is sufficient to prepare the
mask at home using natural ingredients such as cucumber and yogurt, and leave it on the skin for
a period that does not exceed 15 minutes.
7. Apply a spray on your skin:
To pamper your skin and to give it a glowing and bright look use a spray for your skin. It
can be made at home and with natural ingredients such as chamomile and mint syrup, as you will
need only a spoon of dried chamomile flowers, a spoon of dried mint leaves, and two cups of
water, leave the ingredients to boil for 15 minutes, then leave it for another 10 minutes, filter the
mixture and save it in a spray bottle in the refrigerator for a day, after which it is ready for use.
8. Remove makeup before sleeping:
Among the things that spoil your skin and destroy its freshness; Sleeping with makeup,
so if you are looking for the perfect skin care, do not forget to remove makeup before
sleeping, in order to make your skin breath freely while sleeping.
Finally, keeping up with this routine will give you smooth, hydrated, and natural skin
same as children’s skin.
